Nottingham Blues Society proudly presents ....

We are justly proud of the artists and bands that make up the British Blues scene and provide so many of us with some fantastic entertainment. For so long now they have gone unappreciated , unpraised and relatively unnoticed in the world of entertainment awards, ignored by the Grammys and blatantly disregarded in the MOBO's.

To redress the balance we have created our own awards to heap back-slapping and praise on our musical heroes and heroines.

We have collected nominations from the British Blues loving members of the public throught the UK and many other countries.

The top nominees from each category will go through to the final voting stage which is also open to the public.

The final announcements and awards presentations for the winners of each category will take place during The Newark Blues Festival on Saturday 11th September 2010.
