Breaking News About This Year's British Blues Awards

The presentation of The British Blues Awards 2012 will once again be held at The Newark Blues Festival over the weekend of September 8th and 9th in the grounds of the picturesque Newark Castle.

The British Blues Awards will be presented during the afternoon of September 9th along with a line up of terrific acts.

This year we are doing things slightly differently. The BBA Team has approached a number of people within the Blues scene from right across the U.K., including Blues broadcasters, journalists, promoters, festival organisers, Blues writers etc.

These will nominate three names in each category, and the highest scoring in each will go forward for the public to cast their votes.

Voting will commence during May/June.
